One Man's Tirz Journey

Everything you'll find on this website is written by 1 man who started injecting Tirzepatide in September 2025, lost 30 pounds and got "ripped off" multiple ways by several telehealth clinics and compounding labs. That's why I spent MONTHS doing an insane amount of research to find the TRUTH for my own sake and so I can dispel misinformation hype, fake news you'll find online. Reddit, Facebook, supposed "Top Ten Survey" sites (paid for by listed providers) and the endless telehealth clinics "Start Here ... $59 today only!" have been fleecing people for too long.

You'll find 1 more thing on this site that you may love or hate: My sarcastic sense of humor. I tested my writing style on Reddit for 2 weeks. In that short time, my posts racked up over 147,000 views on only 3 different subreddit groups. Sadly, the "Reddit Police" (possibly jealous teenagers living in mom's basement) didn't like that I was getting over 1,200 views an hour in some cases so they deleted all my posts and banned me from Reddit. That's what happens when you're too informative, entertaining and steal moderator limelight.

The Mars Connection --- What this website is NOT

This website will only disappear if someone from Mars lands in my backyard and invites me for pizza* on their planet. The fact that Mars has no real water is partly why I named this site Martian Water and created some merch to distribute the best medicine of all: LAUGHTER No, I will never sell any medications here or take ANY money from those who sell Tirzepatide. I don't need or want their money. However, I created something you might want to carry in your pocket so when somebody looks at you, says you look great and asks how you did it, you can pull a tiny vial from your pocket and simply say "Martian Water!"
