I decided that the impossible human should weigh 899LBS with a Tirzepatide goal of 145. Someone that tall at 145 would have an 8.9 BMI which would be lower than a corpse. Arbor offered a 100% moneyback guarantee in bold text if this person doesn't lose 754 pounds in 12 months. The part that shocked me most was their likely illegal use of Mayo Clinic, Stanford, WebMD, Harvard and National Institute of Health logos with the headline "BACKED BY RESEARCH FROM" as if those institutions support or endorse this kind of weight loss insanity.
AltRx: One of the Groupon "Gotcha" BAD providers.
Long story short, after I paid the $289 to Groupon and the extra shipping fee to AltRx, I found out they were not using the lab they advertised. Had to fight with them and Groupon to get a full refund.

I've received 2 shipments of BPI Labs compound with B6 from The Pharmacy Hub. The shipping container is first class: Thick corrugated carton with 14" styrofoam cooler, 2 large ice paks and a UPS padded pak containing the vial. Even with 117 summer heat, my meds arrive chilled. Belle also offers Tirzepatide with B6 from Revive or Quaker/Hyalo without B6.

Unlike the many who violate federal regulations with their false/misleading advertising, hide their subscription system and don't offer refunds for damaged deliveries, this one does it with a true air of honesty and their current price is $24 lower than Belle. My only dislikes of Mondae is their selection of labs. They let the pharmacy decide which lab provides the Tirzepatide you receive. Greenwich is one of those labs. The worst (weakest) GLP-1 I've ever experienced was in a vial from that lab. And, I don't recommend a provider that can't even maintain their support email address (my email to them bounced).

$109 "Deal" that should terrify you
9/5/2026 I received an order placed Monday 8/31/2026 for a 1‑month supply of Tirzepatide. What arrived is the kind of product that explains exactly how Nextmeds can afford to charge $109. Here's what I found:
1. Two vials instead of one. Beaker Pharmacy apparently can't produce a standard single‑vial monthly supply. Legitimate sterile facilities don't split a one‑month dose into two containers.
2. Falsified prescription. Rx containing the vials is dated 8/30/2026, the day before I placed my Nextmeds order. Back‑dating prescriptions is a known compliance violation.
3. No mg/week dosage information. Each vial claims 3 mL of liquid. Based on the supposed contents, this is the weakest Tirzepatide concentration I've ever seen.
4. Levocarnitine undisclosed additive. No mention by Nextmeds during signup, website, emails or texts. They expect someone to inject a formulation never announced. This is failure of informed consent.
5. Beaker Lab Tirzepatide has meaningful number of complaints. Patients report mixed potency and weaker-than-expected effects.
6. Nextmeds never disclosed prescriber. Nextmeds refused the name, license, ID, credentials or NPI. This is a telehealth compliance failure.
7. Nextmeds, Inc. does not appear in any USA state corporation databases. Their terms indicate no refunds but if a merchant is not a legal entity and violates federal law, disputing a credit charge should result in an automatic consumer win.
Based on serious compliance concerns, I filed FTC and FDA reports. For the record, I would NEVER use whatever is in the Beaker vials. I emailed care@nextmeds.com requesting a return label and full refund. Zero response from Nextmeds.

OpenLoop Health Inc. will let ANYONE buy an online clinic that's ready to sell Tirzepatide in a week. They advertise on Facebook, where I found the little pop-up ads in the collage at top of this web page. OpenLoop automates the process. Clinic takes $$$ and your Tirzepatide order gets handed off to a pharmacy and lab that are supposed to fill orders. Customized website includes mountains of legal jargon to try and eliminate liability. I wonder if they know or care that some clients are fake corporations which voids legal protections. Aside from a monthly $185 minimum platform fee, costs for clinic varies.
This is why many of these Tirzepatide websites look alike with "buy now before timer hits zero" and the string of identical questions (the funnel) that sometimes allow an 8 foot 11 inch tall being to place an order.

Because I constantly test new Tirz providers I order ONLY from sites that clearly state the ability to pause or turn off subscriptions. This site said as much and listed Red Rock as one of their labs. Red Rock has one of the best reputations today for top quality Tirzepatide so I placed an order Tuesday 9/8/2026 at 9:47PM. Only 24 minutes later, I received 2 emails indicating that my medical info had been reviewed by a physician, prescription issued and order sent to a pharmacy. I was told to log into my patient portal for details. None of the federally required information was there. No doctor name, no prescribed dosage, no pharmacy name. I was also suspicious about a supposed doctor reviewing and prescribing me so quickly so I emailed asking for all that info. Never received a response. In short, this is EXACTLY how my Nextmeds order was handled. Next morning, I logged into portal and found more fed violations. Order was being shipped from Beaker which is not one of the pharmacies listed on the snagrx.com website. Between this experience and those from leanmeds.com and nextmeds.com I saw this pattern:

Patient Portal: Good telehealth clinics include these details
This is a screen capture of patient portal (website where you should see prescriptions details). Some clinic portals lack most of this infomation. Note: I added the red numerals
1. Name of the medication. If that doesn't appear, how will you know what might be delivered.
2. Current dose. Does the number match what you requested/ordered?
3. Renewal Dose. Is it the correct dosage you expect for your next order?
4. Prescribed By. Disclosing the name of physician or clinician who issued your Rx If that name does not appear in your portal, the clinic must provide that name and ID if you request it or they violate federal and state laws.
5. Plan. Unless you knowingly agree to a long term subscription and the clinic has disclosed the full details PRIOR to accepting your payment, it is a violation of federal law. Sadly, I found too many of the clinics reviewed on this page ignore this legal requirement. As stated if my reviews (above) every clinic MUST conspicuously disclose terms of a subscription, method to cancel and obtain affirmative consent.
BOTTOM LINE
When choosing a Tirzepatide provider, If it hides their REAL terms of sale, refund policy and most importantly their subscription system, consider using COMMON SENSE: Choose another clinic!

Then I started seeing credit card charges I never authorized so I switched to Citizen Meds who offered a discount on higher dosages. Their Tirzepatide was OK but I was paying $262/mo.
Posting a negative CosmeticRx review about billing on Groupon resulted in a November call from Tom. He offered future vials at $149 and told me how to stop autoships. All good through May 2026, except for 2 deliveries arriving warm due to undersized ice paks. June 3, 2026 a vial from Greenwich (a new lab) arrived with 1/2 the normal liquid. Tom sounded like a "used car salesman" as he said the new brew was doubly concentrated. My body reacted like the new GLP-1 compound was water. For 2 months, Tom promised a free replacement vial from a new lab but delivered nothing. Aside from the worst GLP-1 I ever tried, the Greenwich liquid may not have even been a real or legal medication. The vial labeling lacks NDC #, UPC #, compounding lab address and a uniform lot #.

Nextmeds:
$109 "Deal" that should terrify you
9/5/2026 I received an order placed Monday 8/31/2026 for a 1‑month supply of Tirzepatide. What arrived is the kind of product that explains exactly how Nextmeds can afford to charge $109. Here's what I found:
1. Two vials instead of one. Beaker Pharmacy apparently can't produce a standard single‑vial monthly supply. Legitimate sterile facilities don't split a one‑month dose into two containers.
2. Falsified prescription. Rx containing the vials is dated 8/30/2026, the day before I placed my Nextmeds order. Back‑dating prescriptions is a known compliance violation.
3. No mg/week dosage information. Each vial claims 3 mL of liquid. Based on the supposed contents, this is the weakest Tirzepatide concentration I've ever seen.
4. Levocarnitine undisclosed additive. No mention by Nextmeds during signup, website, emails or texts. They expect someone to inject a formulation never announced. This is failure of informed consent.
5. Beaker Lab Tirzepatide has meaningful number of complaints. Patients report mixed potency and weaker-than-expected effects.
6. Nextmeds never disclosed prescriber. Nextmeds refused the name, license, ID, credentials or NPI. This is a telehealth compliance failure.
7. Nextmeds, Inc. does not appear in any USA state corporation databases. Their terms indicate no refunds but if a merchant is not a legal entity and violates federal law, disputing a credit charge should result in an automatic consumer win.
Based on serious compliance concerns, I filed FTC and FDA reports. For the record, I would NEVER use whatever is in the Beaker vials. I emailed care@nextmeds.com requesting a return label and full refund. Zero response from Nextmeds.

The wizard behind MANY of these websites
OpenLoop Health Inc. will let ANYONE buy an online clinic that's ready to sell Tirzepatide in a week. They advertise on Facebook, where I found the little pop-up ads in the collage at top of this web page. OpenLoop automates the process. Clinic takes $$$ and your Tirzepatide order gets handed off to a pharmacy and lab that are supposed to fill orders. Customized website includes mountains of legal jargon to try and eliminate liability. I wonder if they know or care that some clients are fake corporations which voids legal protections. Aside from a monthly $185 minimum platform fee, costs for clinic varies.
This is why many of these Tirzepatide websites look alike with "buy now before timer hits zero" and the string of identical questions (the funnel) that sometimes allow an 8 foot 11 inch tall being to place an order.
If website says OpenLoop ANYWHERE there's a good chance you wont receive prescription or subscription info that's legally required AND and wont receive the exact medication you expect.
OrderlyMeds: Starts at $149/mo, then jumps to $299/mo thereafter.
Pallas: $179 first mo then $299/mo average
PlexusDx: $289/mo or $1,494/6mo ($249/mo)
Precision Telemed: $199/mo but 3 mo plan is more per month
They offer maintenance levels up to 15mg/wk for $199/mo or $644.99 for 3 mo.
PreventativeMD: $97/mo on 12month plan, $139/monthlyOffers choice of Empower with B3 or Boudreauz with Glycine. Despite the OpenLoop terms, liked by at least one patient.
Readyrx: $215 first month then $275/mo
Raeliva: $242/mo on 6mo plan
Refills: Lowest price is $159/mo on 12month plan, $249/monthly
May be using the questionable Beaker Lab in Texas to fill Tirzepatide orders.
Remedymeds: $399/mo and age restricted.
Rift: $499 for 3 months. If it arrives warm, you loseThey offer maintenance levels up to 15mg/wk but force you to agree to a clause which says "no refunds" if it is delivered in a condition that you believe has damaged the medication.
RoenRx: $216/mo when purchased quarterly
Rxpros: $249/mo or $119.97/mo on 12mo planReceipt of warm Tirzepatide reported which indicates lack of proper "cold chain" handling.
RxSpanMD: $243/mo on 12mo plan billed as $2,905

I emailed them to find out what compounding lab(s) provide their Tirzepatide. No response.
Sesame: $59/mo care + plus $299/mo Titz vial cost

SnagRx: BAD OpenLoop like Nextmeds $149/mo to $1,428/yr Because I constantly test new Tirz providers I order ONLY from sites that clearly state the ability to pause or turn off subscriptions. This site said as much and listed Red Rock as one of their labs. Red Rock has one of the best reputations today for top quality Tirzepatide so I placed an order Tuesday 9/8/2026 at 9:47PM. Only 24 minutes later, I received 2 emails indicating that my medical info had been reviewed by a physician, prescription issued and order sent to a pharmacy. I was told to log into my patient portal for details. None of the federally required information was there. No doctor name, no prescribed dosage, no pharmacy name. I was also suspicious about a supposed doctor reviewing and prescribing me so quickly so I emailed asking for all that info. Never received a response. In short, this is EXACTLY how my Nextmeds order was handled. Next morning, I logged into portal and found more fed violations. Order was being shipped from Beaker which is not one of the pharmacies listed on the snagrx.com website. Between this experience and those from leanmeds.com and nextmeds.com I saw this pattern:

Yuno: $269/mo or $1,668/yr ($139/mo) cold next day delivery
Patient Portal: Good telehealth clinics include these details
This is a screen capture of patient portal (website where you should see prescriptions details). Some clinic portals lack most of this infomation. Note: I added the red numerals
1. Name of the medication. If that doesn't appear, how will you know what might be delivered.
2. Current dose. Does the number match what you requested/ordered?
3. Renewal Dose. Is it the correct dosage you expect for your next order?
4. Prescribed By. Disclosing the name of physician or clinician who issued your Rx If that name does not appear in your portal, the clinic must provide that name and ID if you request it or they violate federal and state laws.
5. Plan. Unless you knowingly agree to a long term subscription and the clinic has disclosed the full details PRIOR to accepting your payment, it is a violation of federal law. Sadly, I found too many of the clinics reviewed on this page ignore this legal requirement. As stated if my reviews (above) every clinic MUST conspicuously disclose terms of a subscription, method to cancel and obtain affirmative consent.
BOTTOM LINE
When choosing a Tirzepatide provider, If it hides their REAL terms of sale, refund policy and most importantly their subscription system, consider using COMMON SENSE: Choose another clinic!
Will I continue exploring more online Tirzepatide peptide providers? Hell YES! because increased competition is forcing prices down and many people may soon to be able to get Zepbound, GLP-1 or compounded Tirzepatide for free via government programs.
